Are you Tax Exempt?

If tax is being calculated for your order and if your Church, School or Institution is Tax exempt please fill out the form and attach the Tax Exempt Certificate and we will set you up as a tax-exempt customer. It is required that you create an online account so please include the email address you used so we can link the information.

First time tax-exempt customer, you will not be able to order tax exempt until you receive an email confirmation, then you will be able to place the order tax-exempt under your account. (Please allow 24 hours to process)

Once setup and you login to your account the purchases will be tax exempt. (please note if you place an order without logging in or waiting for your account to be setup tax exempt we can not issue a refund for the tax)
