He is also an adjunct staff member of the Family Life Office of the Archdiocese of Boston, and has published books, articles, and given workshops.

"Rare in today's church is the pastoral leader able and willing to integrate priest and pastor. Fr. Terry Curley is the success story, and it comes through vividly in this helpful, user-friendly book about loss and the church's mandate (it is not an option!) to minister to the bereaved. There are tasks, strategies, information, definitions and empathetic resourcefulness, but Curley is the essential gift as he calls us to healthy grieving and the God who comforts us in our sorrow."

-The Reverend Richard B. Gilbert, BCC, CT, Ph.D., Director of Chaplaincy Services, Sherman Health, Elgin, Illinois and Executive Director of The World Pastoral Care Center. Author of Finding Your Way After Your Parent Dies: Hope for Grieving Adults.

"Fr. Curley has written a book not to be left on the parish library shelf. This is a daily reference for both the Pastor and all those called to the Ministry of Consolation. What a great gift for the newly ordained, or any anniversary of Ordination."

-Deacon Ray Deabel, National Catholic Ministry to the Bereaved
