Just like a shirt collar- they are comfortable and smooth. Fits any MDS neckband shirt and most other brand neckband shirts.
We recommend ordering collars 1/2 size larger than shirt collar size.
Once you start wearing the Fabric collars, you will never again go to anything else!
Collars are made from 65% Poly/35% Cotton.
